What does an induction involve?
A.

When you book an induction, you’ll be sent a notification of this via email and text.

Once you arrive at the gym, a super enthusiastic instructor will greet you and look after you for a 60 minute appointment. You’ll be shown how to use all of the equipment safely, and finish with your very own personalized fitness plan, tailored to your goals

What does personal training involve?
A.

Looking for that little extra motivation?A personal trainer creates one-on-one fitness programmes for their clients, motivating and guiding them to achieve their goals.

Clients may wish to lose weight or gain muscle, and a personal trainer will teach and help you to exercise properly using workouts and specific plans.

I am nervous about gyms, why is this one any different?
A.

This is very common, very common. I always say to people, hell, I’d be nervous too if I was in a completely new scenario. Every single one of our staff understands how you are feeling, I personally guarantee, within a week of coming in you won’t even think about your nerves, they will be a thing of the past. You’ll just be excited to see your progress and interact with the members!

I have medical complications, does this matter?
A.

Our staff will do a full PAR-Q with you before your 60 minute induction. We can discuss any health matters during this time.

Q.
Do you offer pay as you go memberships?
A.

Yes, we do. It's £5 a session.
